These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jilio1 platform. By registering an account or accessing any jilio1 service, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before you play.

jilio1 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
4.1 jilio1 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jilio1's discretion.
4.2 All transactions on the jilio1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change.
4.3 Deposits are generally credited to your jilio1 account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. jilio1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.1 jilio1 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilio1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 jilio1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilio1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jilio1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilio1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11.1 jilio1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 jilio1 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and payment processors as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

12.1 jilio1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, jilio1 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and associated winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12.3 You may close your jilio1 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilio1 Platform shall first be submitted to jilio1's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
